My name is Stephanie Mahoe and I am an IFBB Bikini Pro and worldwide fitness coach.
I used to have a "pancake butt."
I always had an athletic build because I grew up playing many sports, primarily soccer. However my hamstrings were always much more developed and shapelier than my glutes. It has taken a lot of time, patience and dedication both in the gym and with my diet, to transform my backside.
I have been building and sculpting my glutes for about 7 years. It has taken much experimentation with different styles of training to determine that focused glute activation exercises and LOTS of band movements have been the pillar of my glute growing success. In the process I had the honor of stepping on the Olympia stage twice amongst ladies with the best glutes in the world. I placed in the Top 10 both times, and since then have continued my question to build the best butt I can.
