This is a 90 day sprint toward your dream body. Depending on your starting point, you may even get all the way there. If you need a bit more time, that’s fine. You can do this program again after a week break or “deload”, starting again with slightly heavier weights. Either way, you will see a significant change in your body and willpower after this program.
Each workout during the 12 weeks is presented in a basic format, making it easy for you to get started right away. The program is broken into 3 phases, progressing the level of intensity each month. This allows your body to continue adapting, and helps to avoid a plateau.
The Steph Mahoe Fitness Band is used with leg days to increase the intensity of training and contribute to those BOOTY GAINS!

My name is Stephanie Mahoe and I am an IFBB Bikini Pro and worldwide fitness coach.
Using my experience as a top ranked IFBB Bikini pro for the past 10 years, I have helped hundreds of women worldwide get fit, healthy, and happy using flexible & sustainable methods. More importantly, I have helped women find levels of self-love and confidence that they never thought possible. I take an inside-out approach to every transformation. All my girls know, I focus on getting the mind right, so the body follows.
When I started my coaching business 5 years ago I knew I wanted to help women learn sustainable methods to get results & keep them. This is why I don’t believe in going to extremes with cardio or diet, but instead finding healthy ways to keep them eating the foods they like (in moderation) and training in a way that fits THEIR individual schedule.
