3. FUNCTION

The Glute Band by Steph Mahoe has a thick & soft material with a grippy (slip resistant) inner layer. It will be the most comfortable resistance band that you will ever use. It is soft to touch, extremely supportive, and will not slip up or down during your workouts. It will teach you to push your knees against the band, to ensure that your glutes are engaging during every movement. Maximizes booty growth.
